Before moving from Berlin to Switzerland, I cut the text BACK SOON into the bark of a tree in front of the house where I live.

A year later, a friend engraved I DON'T THINK SHE'LL BE BACK on the same tree.
In the winter of 2007, I moved back to Berlin. The tree was cut down that same year.
