February 2001
I had the idea of lighting the Berlin Televison Tower with red light.

August 2001
I meet with Mr Wellner (manager of the Television Tower) and told him my idea. He likes it but says that the owner of the Berliner Fernsehturm is Deutsche Telekom, which is not very open to these kinds of projects. I decided to cancel the project.

September 2001
I arrived six weeks later by train at night at Alexanderplatz. The Television Tower is illuminated in red.
