Charing Cross ist einer der befahrensten Verkehrsknotenpunkte im Zentrum von Glasgow. Es gibt dort eine Verkehrsinsel, auf der zwei kleine Häuschen stehen. Charing Cross is one of the busiest traffic junctions in the city centre of Glasgow. There is a roundabout with two little houses on it.

Von den Rasenbahne, mit denen die Stadtgärtner die Verkehrsinsel begrünen, nehme ich vier Stück und platziere sie neben den Häuschen. Aus den vier Bahnen schneide ich das Wort HOMESICK aus. One morning, before the gardeners of the City Council spread the turf on the roundabout, I took four pieces of turf, put them close to the houses and cut the word HOMESICK out of them.
